Healthy Choc-Chip Banana Oat Cookies

When you need something sweet and you need it ASAP, these cookies are going to be your new best friend. They remind me of bite sized banana bread, and it doesn’t hurt that they are healthy and lower in sugar! I hope you love them!

Healthy Chocolate Chip Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Course Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups  oatmeal ⁣
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil room temp
  • 1/4 cup Swerve sugar free sweetener *can sub coconut sugar as well
  • 2 very ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips *I use Lily's sugar free chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325⁣
  • Combine all wet ingredients in a large bowl & whisk⁣
  • Next, add dry ingredients ⁣
  • Mix until well combined⁣
  • Use parchment paper or lightly coat cookie sheet with oil ⁣
  • Using a cookie scooper (or 1 tbsp measuring cup), scoop rounded mounds and place onto cookie sheet, spacing evenly
  • Bake at 325 for 10 minutes ⁣
  • Let cool & enjoy or freeze them to enjoy later!
