There is nothing better than a cold smoothie on a hot day! It’s summer here now and I’ve been loving smoothies with lunch. Smoothies are a great way to get a lot of nutrients into one cup—berries, pineapple, fresh OJ, spinach and pumpkin seeds are packed with vitamin C, B, E, magnesium, iron and more! I hope you enjoy my easy, vitamin C filled berry smoothie!

Vitamin-C Berry Smoothie
A nutrient packed, super refreshing smoothie loaded with vitamin C, B, E, magnesium, iron and more
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1-2 cups spinach
- 1 cup fresh coconut water
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 date
- 7 oz plain greek yogurt
- 1-2 cups ice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender (liquids first, then veggies, then fruit)
- Blend on high until smooth
- Enjoy immediately!
